Speakonia is a FREE Text-To-Speech GUI which uses the Microsoft ® Speech Technology. The program is most popular for containing the voices from the Lernout & Hauspie TruVoice TTS Engine, which is used by the long deprecated Microsoft Agent characters.
The software is no longer updated and supported and is now freeware. The free unlimited use license key for the program can be found on the developer's web site.
