RAMMap is an advanced physical memory usage analysis utility for Windows and offers a refresh feature that enables you to update the display and includes support for saving and loading memory snapshots.
More importantly, it is used to empty unused physical memory in the system's currently running processes, and more efficiently than the processes' own garbage collection systems. This feature can also be operated from the command line, so memory can be automatically cleaned up in scripts.
