7-max is a program that (supposedly) increases the performance of some applications by up to 10-20% by increasing the size of Windows' RAM pages for the process that the user wants to launch.
Windows uses small (4 KB) RAM pages by default. If you run any application with 7-max, that application will use large (2 MB) RAM pages. More can be read about on the developer's website.
